Our Level 2 program is for you if you need to lose 20 kilos to 100 kilos.
You can enrol for either 6 months or 12 months depending on the number of kilos/pounds you want to lose.
For 20-40 kilo weight loss we recommend 6 months
For 40 kilos and up we recommend 12 months.
These time frames allow you to lose weight in a healthy steady way while building up fitness levels and muscle mass and some core strength.
Our programs are designed to give you the maximum support and healthy weight loss available.
A personal Consultant/Coach will be assigned to you for the duration of your program.
